Goodwill Manasota has developed a comprehensive education, training, mentoring and support program to assist other Goodwills enhance their mission integrated donated goods businesses.

The paradigm consists of role-modeling in the workplace, curriculum based training, classroom instruction and online learning utilizing Goodwill®U. Mission Development Services (MDS) provided services and partnered with Goodwills in Sacramento, Reno, Memphis, Mississippi, London-Ontario, Sarnia Ontario, Montreal Quebec, Washington DC, Wilmington-Delaware and Marinette-Wisconsin during 2011.
