INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs. ground beef

  • 3 red dry chilis

  • 1 tsp. turmeric

  • 1 tsp. cumin

  • 5 spoons fresh ground coconut

  • Half an onion

  • Curry

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Roast 1 teaspoon of cumin powder.

  2. Roast 5 spoons of fresh ground coconut and half an onion.

  3. Blend the roasted ingredients.

  4. Fry half-cut onion to a golden brown, add all the blended ingredients, and fry for five minutes.

  5. Fry the ground beef. Add 2 tablespoons of the combined ingredients and mix well.

  6. Make it into balls and add it to the curry.

  7. Cook in medium heat.

  8. You can pour it over rice; it makes delicious food.
