INGREDIENTS

8 oz. pasta shells
-
~20 yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
-
~20 red cherry tomatoes, halved
-
1/3 English cucumber, diced
-
7 oz. black olives, drained
-
8 oz. diced ham
-
1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
-
½ cup olive oil
-
4 tbsp. red or white wine vinegar
-
2 tbsp. spring onions, chopped
-
2 tbsp. dried basil
-
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS

Boil the pasta uncovered in salted water until al dente. Drain and put the pasta in a large serving bowl.

Add the tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and ham. Mix in garlic, olive oil, and vinegar and stir throughout the salad.

Sprinkle the spring onions and basil over, and season to taste.
