INGREDIENTS

1 cup butter, softened
-
2 cups brown sugar

1 cup sugar
-
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin puree
-
2/3 cup evaporated milk
-
4 eggs (farm fresh is best)

1 tsp. vanilla extract
-
3.5 cups flour
-
2 tsp. baking soda
-
1 tsp. salt
-
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
FOR THE ICING
-
1.5 cups powdered sugar
-
2 tbsp. milk
-
1 tbsp. maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS

Grease and flour 3 loaf pans.

Combine butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a bowl and mix well.

Add pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, eggs, and vanilla.

In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice. Then add the wet ingredients.

Pour evenly into pans and bake for 50 minutes.

After cooling, mix icing together and spread on top.
