INGREDIENTS

  • Turkey breast

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • 1/4 cup mustard

  • 3 tbsp. white vinegar

  • Fresh herbs of your choice

  • 2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar

  • 1 tsp. fish sauce

  • 1 tsp. sriracha

  • Garlic

  • 1 bag shredded cabbage

  • 1 bunch spinach

  • Patience

  • Choice of bread or roll

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine Mustard, Vinegar, and salt and pepper (to taste) in a bowl. Coat turkey breast in the mixture.

  2. Place the turkey into a smoker (or gas grill) and try to maintain 225- 250 degrees for three to four hours.

  3. Combine shredded cabbage, rice wine vinegar, fish sauce, garlic, and sriracha in a bowl and place in the refrigerator until ready to plate.

  4. Take turkey off the smoker and let rest for 45-60 minutes at room temperature.

  5. Place turkey on a roll (or on a plate for low carb) top with the spinach and cabbage slaw.

  6. Enjoy!
