A temporary computer software error resulted in the incorrect amount of tax being charged for some purchases between January 9, 2013 and March 19, 2013. The charges occurred only on purchases using the $5 OFF a purchase of $25 or more and $15 OFF a purchase of $60 or more coupons.

(The result was an excess tax charge of between .30 and $1.05)

We apologize for this computer software error and any inconvenience it may have caused. The problem was resolved as soon as it was discovered. If you have a receipt showing the excess tax charge, Goodwill will gladly refund the money. Please see the store manager for your refund.
