New Goodwill Donation Center Now Open in Vero Beach
A convenient new way to donate, shop local, and support job training has arrived on the Treasure Coast.
As of today, March 6th, Goodwill Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast—a subsidiary of Goodwill Industries-Manasota, Inc.—has opened its newest attended donation center (ADC) in Vero Beach. Located inside the Vero Mall at 6480 20th St., #103, the center is now accepting donations daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Whether you’re clearing out a closet or just finally tackling that pile in the garage, this location is designed to make dropping off gently-used items quick and easy.
More Than a Drop-Off: How Donations Create Jobs
Here’s what happens after you unload those bags: every single donation helps fund job training and employment services for people in your community who face barriers to work—including veterans, older adults, individuals with disabilities, and those who have been justice-involved.
In fact, each donation generates more than three hours of job training and support.
“Nearly 60 percent of our team members face barriers to employment,” said Donn Githens, President and CEO of Goodwill Industries-Manasota, Inc. “When you donate, you’re not just giving away items—you’re giving people a chance to build skills, gain confidence, and support themselves and their families.”
The new Vero Mall ADC has also created two-and-a-half new full-time jobs right here in Vero Beach, with a team ready to greet you and help with your drop-off.

We accept a wide range of gently-used items, including:

Your donations do more than fund job training, they also keep usable goods out of landfills.
In 2025 alone, more than 51 million pounds of donated goods in the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast territory found new homes through Goodwill’s retail operations. Items that couldn’t be sold were responsibly recycled whenever possible.
So when you donate, you’re giving your stuff a second life and helping someone build a new one.

Kathy, who has been with Goodwill for several years, says her favorite part of the job is seeing familiar faces come back week after week. “We have regulars who bring donations almost every month,” she says. “It feels like family.”
